Feedback and Compliments

Do you have feedback, compliments or an issue that you are looking to report? 

Use the online Service Request form to request service or report an issue. Unable to submit using the form? Please use the following information to direct your request:

• For recycling collection matters, please call 1-888-597-1541.

• To contact Public Works or to report a sewer backup call 705-745-1386. This phone line is answered 24/7. 

• To report a watermain break, call Peterborough Utilities Group at 705-748-9300.

• Fire Services: to report a complaint regarding an active burn or an non-active burn, call 705-745-3281. Dial 9-1-1 for all emergency fire situations.

• To report a spill to the environment please call the Spills Action Centre 1-800-268-6060.

• For social and housing assistance call 705-748-8830. For emergency shelter services after hours and during holidays, call 705-926-0096.

• If you have been involved in an accident with a City vehicle, suffered personal injury, property damage, or sustained damage caused by City construction you will need to make a claim.

• Report an Accessibility concern
