Bike racks on buses

As of May 2021, Peterborough Transit installed bicycle racks on 5 buses. The bicycle racks can hold two bicycles and are located on the front of the buses. Cyclists are welcome to mount their bikes on these bike racks, which will provide more options and flexibility to travel to their destinations. There is no additional cost to transport a bicycle on a Peterborough Transit bus. Bicycles can not be transported inside buses, more details about how to use this service are on our rules and guidelines page.
