Peterborough Recreation offers a variety of facilities that can be booked for events or rented by sports organizations.

Host your next private event in one of our multi-purpose rooms, banquet halls, pavilions and parks. Complete our Private Event Request Form for events taking place indoors or outdoors where only invited guests will be attending, such as weddings, celebrations of life, showers, meetings or birthday parties.

If you would like to rent the Sport & Wellness Centre for a party, please visit the Party Packages page. Package options include time in multi-purpose rooms, and options for gym and pool add-ons. Corporate rates are available for staff parties!

Complete our Sport Facility Request Form for all indoor or outdoor sport rentals including arenas, pools, gyms, outdoor fields, ball diamonds and courts.

Rental requests received outside of our regular office hours or during holidays will be processed in sequence of requests received upon the office reopening. Please note, a completed Request Form is not considered a booking.

Insurance requirements

Insurance is mandatory for all rentals that take place in municipally operated or permitted facilities. You have two options to provide a Certificate of Insurance to the City: through Instant Risk coverage program or through a third party. Our Insurance Requirements page has full details.
